Hi, I’m Nicky
I’m a busy, working mum, and I know first-hand how hard it can be to prioritise your health when everything else comes first.
After years of yo-yo dieting, I reached a point where nothing seemed to work anymore, especially as life got busier and hormones started to shift.
So I took a different approach. I educated myself properly, changed how I supported my body, and lost 7 stone in a way that was actually sustainable.
Now I help other women do the same - without extremes, restriction or unrealistic expectations.
